Dordogne: Romantic cottage with heated swimming pool of 5 x 12 m.

Would you like to enjoy a completely secluded holiday home for 2 people with a lovely heated swimming pool?
Then our gite is perfectly suited to you. The gite is located 850 km from Breda in the Périgord. Our holiday home is located in the middle of rolling meadows and forests, at the end of a dead end road, on a terrain of 7,000m. The garden is a feast for the eyes, we dare to say that. You will find grapes, roses, plenty of wild plants and flowers.

We used as many authentic  materials as possible during the restoration. Natural stone floors, old beams in sight etc. 
Although the gite is so quietly located, the shops and restaurants can be reached within a few minutes.

We, Frans and Marijke Nobel, both 73 years old in 2025, bought this authentic farmhouse with adjacent gite 24 years ago.
With the help of our children, we had a lot of fun renovating. That was necessary, because it had been empty for 60 years!
Renting out was not our first goal, but after some colleagues had seen the photos, and were enthusiastic to take a look, we thought "why not let others enjoy our Paradise?"

We advise our guests to take out cancellation insurance at the same time as the first payment.

No additional costs. Bed linen, bath and hand towels,
Kitchen towels etc. are included. Final cleaning costs 75 euros and is mandatory.
