Pumbaa - attractive apartment 8 minutes from Perigueux center
You come here to relax and put all your worries aside, we are happy to offer you this opportunity. The apartment is located 8 minutes from Perigueux center, however located on the "campagne" (countryside). So you are assured of peace and quiet in a beautiful environment.
Your apartment consists of two rooms, kitchen, bathroom with separate toilet and is located on the first floor of the villa "Hakuna Matata" and has its own entrance. This makes the apartment less suitable for people with walking difficulties (if in doubt ask us).
On the grounds of Hakuna Matata/Pumbaa there are several terraces exclusively for your private use; a sun terrace, a poolside terrace, a lounge area and a covered terrace for dining while enjoying a glass of wine.
The private fenced and secure swimming pool is also heated.
We have recently realized the apartment and have done everything we can to do it as tastefully and comfortably as possible.
Room 1 has a double bed of 160x200 and is equipped with a topper. In addition, this sitting/bedroom has a sofa, armchair and a large screen smart TV (with Dutch TV, Netflix and Prime). Room 2 has two single beds of 80x200 with comfortable mattress. This dining/bedroom also has a dining area for up to 4 people and a large closet for all your belongings.
The apartment is equipped with various equipment and other facilities, such as crockery, pans, etc. to be able to cook yourself.
There is a lot to do in the (immediate) vicinity.
Apart from the fact that Perigueux, the capital of the Dordogne, is 8 minutes away, Brantome is very close and a visit to the caves of Villars is an idea for a day trip. Visiting markets is of course also part of it and for the enthusiast there is an 18-hole golf course in 6 minutes.
Of course I am ready with tips for you (have lived in this region for 26 years).
