Inside
The villa is spacious and practically furnished. On the ground floor you will find a spacious living room with comfortable seating and a fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, oven and microwave. In addition, there is a separate TV lounge with sofa bed, ideal for extra guests or children.
On this floor there is also a bedroom with a double bed of 160 cm, a bathroom with shower and double sink and two separate toilets. Through sliding doors you can walk straight onto the patio with tables and chairs.
There are four bedrooms on the first floor. One bedroom has its own shower room. In addition, there is a double bedroom, two bedrooms with two single beds each. An additional shower room and separate toilet provide additional comfort.
Outside
The large garden offers plenty of space and stunning views over the surrounding countryside and pool. The heated private swimming pool of 12 by 5 meters is excellently secured and equipped with a solar shower. Around the pool you will find plenty of space to relax in the sun or in the shade. In addition, there is a fully equipped outdoor kitchen and patio of 40m2 so that you can enjoy the outdoors to the fullest.
Surroundings
Just 1 kilometer away is the village of Cazals with restaurants, a small supermarket, bakery, newsagent, doctor, pharmacy and a cozy market. In Salviac, 4 km away, you will find a larger supermarket. Furthermore, most attractions such as Domme, Rocamadour or Gouffre de Padirac are easy to drive, so ideal!
