A cozy living areas combine traditional elements with contemporary amenities, ensuring a comfortable stay, featuring large smart 64 inch TV and dedicated work area in 2 bedroom Gite. A fully equipped kitchens allows for the preparation of delightful meals, which can be enjoyed indoors or al fresco. Private outdoor spaces with soft seating, dining table for 10 and BBQ, perfect for soaking in the tranquil ambiance and natural beauty of the Dordogne countryside.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

• Cancellation up to 90 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge
• Cancellation from 90 days (inclusive) to 42 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price
• Cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) to 28 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
• Cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price
• Cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
• If the renter informs on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not be using the property (or will no longer be using it), he will still be liable for the full rental price
