Villa les Deux Roues
This spacious holiday home of 126m2 was almost completely renovated in 2025 and is therefore equipped with every comfort and has a garden of 3000 m² with a large saltwater swimming pool. Adjacent is one (of the few) cycle paths of the Dordogne and you can walk to the river within a few minutes. All rooms have large beds and are air-conditioned. Thanks to its five bedrooms and three bathrooms, it is the ideal place for families or groups who want to enjoy comfort and space together.
Inside
Inside, an attractively furnished living room with fireplace and a small library awaits you for relaxing evenings. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and the bedrooms are spacious and feature comfortable beds in a variety of sizes, ranging from a 200x200 king size to twin and single bed combinations. Thanks to the air conditioning in all rooms, it stays pleasantly cool inside even on hot summer days. With three bathrooms and two extra toilets, the house also offers sufficient privacy and convenience for every group. Furthermore, all bedrooms are equipped with mosquito nets, triple glazing and shutters for a good night's sleep.
Outside
Outside, you can completely relax on the spacious 60 m² terrace with veranda, garden furniture and sun loungers. The 11 by 5 meter pool, with a depth of 1.40 meters, is filled with soft salt water and fenced for added security. An outdoor shower provides cooling, while the barbecue and lawn complete the garden for long (all day sun) summer days with family or friends.
Environment
The location of the holiday home is ideal: you can cycle to Sarlat-la-Canéda or Souillac, just a four-minute walk to the Dordogne river and within five minutes you are at the enchanting Carsac Water Gardens. The front of the holiday home is located on a main road, which provides an easy connection to the villages and attractions of the Dordogne. Inside you hardly notice this, so you can enjoy it in comfort and tranquility. Furthermore, you can quickly and easily reach Domme and Gourdon by car: real attractions of the area!
