Interior
The holiday home is spread over two floors: on the garden level there is a beautiful living room with lounge, dining room, equipped kitchen, bar. There is also a separate toilet and a utility room/laundry room. Upstairs, you will find a master bedroom with a double bed, a shower room with toilet, a second bedroom with another double bed and a third bedroom which offers a double possibility, with the choice of two separate beds (90 cm each) or joined (king size). These last two bedrooms can be used separately or as a family suite (they have a dividing door).
Outside
The wooded garden, in the middle of nature, will allow you to recharge your batteries. Numerous amenities are at your disposal: deckchairs, private swimming pool, garden furniture, covered terrace with table for outdoor lunch, barbecue, etc. (jacuzzi no longer available as of mid-September 2025)
Environment
The beautiful center of Sarlat-la-Canéda with its numerous restaurants and shops is a real 'must' for every visitor to the Dordogne and if you decide to rent this lovely holiday home, this town is a short distance away. The beautiful towns of Roque-Gageac and Domme are also only a short distance from this holiday home near Carsac. There is so much to see and experience in the Dordogne that it is impossible to discover it during one stay.
