This two bedroom cottage for four people is located in a former paper village, Couze-et-Saint Front, in the Perigord on the Dordogne valley, between Bergerac and Sarlat.
The village house and its terrace are located in a small street, simple local service, on the heights of the village, allowing peace and quiet. In the country of bastides, at the gates of the Périgord Noir and the Périgord Pourpre, you are ideally located to discover the riches of the heritage, castles, villages and bastides, archaeological sites or browse the hiking trails and enjoy the river Dordogne

Explanation of prices

To book a deposit 50% of the rate at the time of booking with the return of the holiday rental contract. The balance of the rent is payable by bank transfer two months prior to arrival. The deposit of 150 euros per week must be paid at the beginning of the stay and returned to the inventory at the end of the stay.
