The house has 4 bedrooms (max 7 pers.), Is fully furnished with all amenities (WIFI, but no TV). Sun Terrace and many (old) trees for shade. Bakker, shops and the like at 2 km.
It was formerly a farm workers dwelling. In the thirties the steep high roof (like the other houses in the hamlet still be seen) constructed so that a floor is created.
In 2000 the former barn to the house in question. It is an extra bedroom with a sink, a toilet and a scullery made. Further, the ground floor of a large room containing the living room, kitchen and dining room. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and toilet.
In summer and in the low season up to 7 people can stay in the house. In winter, if you are inside more, up to 5 people can comfortably stay in the house.
In the house, all amenities, including WIFI, a washing machine, dishwasher and stove with convection oven. There is also a stereo, but no TV. It is heated with a comfortable central heating and a large fireplace.
There are 7 people in 4 bedrooms. Downstairs is a bedroom with 2 single beds and upstairs is a bedroom with double bed, a bedroom with bunk beds and a small bedroom with single bed. Finally, there is also a folding baby cot.
There are duvets and pillows. Bedding and linen should bring your own.
Upstairs is a bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet.
Downstairs is also a separate toilet and a washbasin in the bedroom.
The house is in the hamlet of la Bessonie (Anlhiac municipality) in the Dordogne, some 930 km from Utrecht. The region is the Perigord Vert. It lies exactly halfway line Périgueux / Brive, 65 km south of Limoges. The nearest village, about 2 km, the river Cubas Cherveix Auvézère. Here are a baker, grocer, butcher and a chemist to find. The nearest town is Excideuil (8 km), but also in Hautefort (6 km), many facilities, including a supermarket.
La Bessonie consists of some barns and eight farmhands, half of which is occupied by single pensioners and a working farm with a family.

Een prachtig huis (van alle gemakken voorzien) met groot zwembad in een mooie omgeving. Talloze wandelroutes en met de racefiets kunnen er mooie tochten worden gemaakt.
Leuke dorpjes in de buurt met vele marktjes en brocantes/vide greniers.
Heerlijk huis op mooie plek. Prachtig uitzicht. En als verrassing een nieuwe verranda en wifi. Leuke steden in de buurt. Binnen 30/60 minuten met de auto. Kortom, een fijne plek voor een echte vakantie.
