Hazelnut View is a guesthouse to the Villa Henningsen estate. It is located in the converted stabel, and you will find a complete apartment with full kitchen, a separate bedroom and a bathroom. 

Step outside to discover a large garden with a brand new swimming pool. You'll find perfect spots for outdoor dining, play, and relaxation. The generous grounds offer space for everyone to enjoy the French summer in their own way.

The property sits in a charming village in Deux-Sèvres, with Saumur and Chinon just 30 minutes away. Futuroscope, waterparks, and the Zoo in Anjou make for great family days out. Local markets, brocantes, and the beautiful French parklands are all within easy reach.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Cancellation policy:

The host charges the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the renter:

  • Cancellation up to 90 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge
  • Cancellation from 90 days (inclusive) to 42 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price
  • Cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) to 28 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
  • Cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price
  • Cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
  • If the renter informs the host on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that they will not be using the property (or will no longer be using it), the renter will still be liable for the full rental price.

  • France has a waste-sorting system, and we kindly ask you to follow it. Food waste must never be placed in the waste containers. Please dispose of all food waste in the compost instead.
  • Before Departure. Please leave the property tidy, load all used dishes into the dishwasher, and return furniture to its original position.
  • Respect for the Property. Please treat the house, furniture and outdoor areas with care, so that all our guests can enjoy Villa Henningsen.
