Located on the outskirts (Le Petit Cerzay) of the rural village of Maire-Levescault is our Gites, if you like peace, nature and rural then this area is a perfect place.
Being woken up in the morning by the chirping of the various birds that live here, a diversity of butterflies and perhaps spotting deer, hares or rabbits at sunrise, these are just a few examples of what lives here.

In the village there is a bread machine, at a distance of 4 km is the town of Sauze-Vaussais where you can go for your daily shopping. The bank, post office, ATM, doctor, pharmacy, bar, tabac and restaurant can also be found here.

In the wooded area you can take lovely walks or go out by bike.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy:

Unfortunately, it can happen that your stay with us cannot take place, below you will find our cancellation policy.

If, for whatever reason, the tenant cannot, does not want to or will not accept the leased property on the agreed date, he must immediately notify the landlord. A telephone notification of this must always be confirmed to the landlord in writing or by email.If the tenant cancels the agreement in the period up to 6 weeks before the start date of the rental period, he will continue to owe 30% of the rent; in case of cancellation up to 4 weeks 40% and from 2 weeks to the start date of the rental period 50%. If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
