Looking for peace, space, relaxation and the luxury of home and all that in the wonderful French climate?

In one of the sunniest regions of southwest France, the Poitou-Charentes, this luxurious 8-person villa is located on villa park Le Bois Senis, only 8 hours drive from Utrecht. 
 
The villa has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, 1 of which is en suite to the master bedroom, with bath, shower, sink and toilet. The other bathroom is equipped with a sink and shower. Furthermore, the villa has a new and well-equipped kitchen with combi microwave, nespresso coffee machine and a large fridge and freezer. The living room has air conditioning, fireplace and Dutch TV. 

Around the villa is a spacious garden with unobstructed views over the field. The villa has a covered terrace, so you can eat outside in the shade when it is hot. But even when the weather is not so good, you can sit outside under the canopy. There is plenty of space for the children to play outside. You can also play a game of swing or table tennis. In the evening you can enjoy the evening sun and listen to the soothing sound of the birds.

The mainly Dutch-oriented, (car-free) villa park has a spacious, heated swimming pool with paddling pool. It is open from 1 May to 30 September. There is a fenced playground for the children. There is also a jeu de boules court, football field, a table tennis table and a putting green.

In the immediate vicinity is a 27-hole golf course where you can hit a ball with course permission. In the village center there is a shop with nice local products and an English bar/restaurant. A 5-minute drive away in the town of Vasles you will find a small supermarket (Spar) with a delicious boulangerie / patisserie opposite. 

Cities such as Niort and Poitiers are easily accessible. A 1.5 hour drive takes you to the coast where you will find the beautiful and fun town of La Rochelle as well as the fantastic island of Ile de Ré.
