Domain Leyvinie, Gite Merlot

Domaine Leyvinie is located on a hill, surrounded by nature so that you have a fantastic view on all sides. You can relax by the heated swimming pool of 6 x 12 meters, or on your private terrace.
During the summer months, you can order freshly made takeaway food daily (except Thursdays) and we deliver freshly baked bread in the morning.
For 10.50 pp you can use the breakfast buffet which is served on our private terrace with magnificent views.
There is a house and 2 buildings with 3 gites each. The maximum number of guests is 31. Gite Merlot is the former restaurant of the Domaine. This makes the living room, terrace and kitchen very spacious.
Entrance, 2 toilets, spacious living room with 4 sofas, bar, 10 pers. dining table and large sliding doors to terrace with stunning views. Large kitchen (equipped with 5 burner hob, 2 dishwashers, oven, microwave, kettle, 2 coffee makers and 2 fridges with separate freezer compartment). Accessible through the kitchen; Bedroom with bunk beds,  1st floor: Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet, master bedroom with 3 -1 person beds. Through a separate entrance; bathroom with shower, sink and toilet, 1st floor; 1 bedroom with 2 - single beds, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and balcony.
Guests have access to their own home. The pool, garden and laundry room are shared with other guests. In the garden there is a ping-pong table and a dartboard. You can also borrow rackets, petanque and board games from us. 
There is good wifi available. We live on the property and are at your service every day.
