Attractive house with swimming pool and sauna, covered terrace and outdoor kitchen in a beautiful garden of 2000 m2 overlooking the countryside. Suitable for 4-6 people. Fully equipped. Close to Lubersac, Pompadour and Segur le Chateau. At the crossroads of Dordogne, Corrèze and Haute Vienne.
There is a cozy kitchen with Cantou and equipped with all appliances: dishwasher, combi oven, ceramic hob. The washing machine is located in the utility room. You can dry the laundry outside!
The living room with its cozy fireplace, TV and of course internet everywhere, we have fiber optics here in the Corrèze!
Upstairs are 2 large bedrooms with large auping beds. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, 2 sinks and a toilet. Downstairs is a separate toilet.
Your bed is spread when you arrive!

Deposit 30 % of the rent.
Remaining payment 4 weeks before arrival.
In case of cancellation more than 10 weeks before the start of your stay, you will owe the deposit.
In case of cancellation between 10 and 6 weeks before the start of your stay, you will owe half of the total price.
In case of cancellation within 6 weeks before the start of your stay, we will charge the entire amount of the stay.
