A modern bungalow with all accommodation on the ground floor and fully equipped.
It is located on the edge of the small beautiful village of Yviers which has its own restaurant/bar, as well as a baguette machine (the future!).
The house has 4 comfortable bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 separate toilets. An open kitchen/dining room/living room with a fully equipped kitchen (the owners are in the catering industry themselves) where you can enjoy cooking.
Sliding doors from the dining room lead to a very spacious terraced garden with heated swimming pool, sun terrace and stone-coal BBQ for outdoor cooking.
It also has a summer house with its own separate toilet and sink. We think it is a wonderfully quiet place to stay.
Ideal for family, friends and also several generations.
We also rent for long weekends if, for example, you are attending a wedding in the area. The swimming pool is open from the end of March to the end of October and is heated. The house also has central heating and air conditioning. Open for rental from March to November.
