This beautiful villa is located in Rouzede, region de Charante. The villa has 4 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large kitchen, cozy sitting pit, play loft, lovely backyard and spacious front garden with swimming pool. It offers sleeping space for 8 to 10 people. Good for a holiday with two families!
The backyard overlooks the infamous golf course. In the front garden is a beautiful swimming pool (electrolysis) completely in privacy. In addition to the swimming pool, there is also a Jeu de Boules court where this game can be played with the family. In the backyard there is also a large trampoline for the children.
Furthermore, the villa is fully equipped such as Dutch television, Netflix, Wifi, washing machine, dryer, large Bastard bbq, etc.
Well-behaved dogs are welcome in our house. The backyard is fenced with a fence where the dogs can stay in the garden. This also offers extra safety for small children, in this way there is a fence to the front garden where the swimming pool is located.
In the summer of 2024, a beautiful pergola was placed next to the pool. This pergola provides a nice shade area but also plenty of privacy. Even with a little rain, you can now sit outside by the pool.
It is a quiet region where you can enjoy cycling, walking and golfing. Everything is easily accessible by car and there are nice villages nearby. There is also a weekly local market to visit and the holiday village of Le Chat is within walking distance.
However, the villa really feels like home because it has all the comforts. It is a nice place for young and old. The managers of our house are Dutch speaking and live nearby. In the event of an emergency, they can be reached quickly.
