It is wonderful to spend your holiday at Domaine Charente! Our garden has so many different places to relax, benches, hammocks, sunbeds.

Guests of B&B/Family Room Le Jardin use the external Shower & Toilet House in the garden, with rose arch. There is also the outdoor kitchen available for them, including guest stove with oven.

It's going to be a bit of Sleeping & Strolling: the luxury of a wonderfully made bed in a spacious and attractive room, with a separate smaller bedroom for the children (with 1x double bed and 1x single bed). In the main area is the double bed for the parents, a large sofa with side table. There is a wardrobe, a fridge, WIFI and there are coffee & tea making facilities. And a dining table with 4 chairs.

For a visit to the toilet or a lovely warm or cooling shower, walk to the Shower & Toilet House in the garden. There is also the communal table, where guests can drink coffee, have drinks and eat. Guests have access to a large communal fridge with freezer drawers. The outdoor kitchen can be used for cooking and washing dishes. Crockery, cutlery, pans, tea towels: everything is there.

The grounds are completely walled, so ideal for children who will have a great time in the gardens.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

* Double Family Room/Glamping Room Le Jardin (2-4 persons) has its own access and a private terrace. The spacious and attractive master bedroom has a spacious double bed, a linen closet, a sitting area with sofa and side table, a dining table with 4 chairs, a refrigerator and coffee/tea making facilities.

The smaller (children's) bedroom (with lockable connecting door to the larger room) has a French bed and a 1-person bed, with its own entrance/exit to the garden.

Guests of the B&B/Family Room Le Jardin use the external Shower & Toilet House in the garden. And may also use the outdoor kitchen (incl. gas stove with oven)

Surcharge 3rd person and 4th person extra:
€ 20 p.p.p.n. (5th person in consultation)

* Includingbath/bed linen, WIFI, use of communal swimming pool, barbeque facilities, communal seating areas in the garden, parking near the domain.

Cancellation Policy:

The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

In case of cancellation up to 90 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge
In case of cancellation from 90 days (inclusive) to 42 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) to 28 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, the tenant will continue to owe the full rent.

Nous avons (couple + 3 enfants) passé une semaine ressourçante. Houseguests dans une maison de maitre 'la cardabelle' 1800 était superbe avec vue, la piscine sur le parc / jardin et le clocher du village. C'est vraiment reposant et serein the se sentir si bien accueilli, même avec la visite de mes parents, super!
La maison est tout confort avec une cuisine bien équipée, une salle de bains, les chambres et bien décorée plus une jolie terrasse couverte avec vue jardin / piscine. Une décoration faite avec gout, très, très propre rien ne manque

Very pleasant hosts. Modest and in the background, but also accessible, helpful and friendly. Beautiful and comfortable accommodation. Clean and tidy. Wonderfully quiet and beautiful green.

Very smooth booking. Since we had a few more questions we were very satisfied with the English correspondence. It was always smooth, friendly and polite mailed to give a tremendous vote of profeessionalisme. We got all information in advance (GPS coordinates, dimensions, bed linen etc.) that we needed.
Very warmly. We felt immediately welcome. Ben and Tom receive people very welcoming / warm without insisting on.
The pool very cared; made daily clean. Neat, big and good explanation. Advantage presence loungers and parasols.Alle comfort for a holiday there: wifi, comics, DVD, CD player, all the utensils, pillows, blankets. Everything fits together and has a neutral style. Very hygienic and clean, it can be said! Despite so much nature and insects out, yet very clean inside! You are available and fill our requests and wishes even before we could ask, as well as the spontaneous offering additional chaise and extra pillows. Tourist information sufficiently available. Perhaps consider if possible: early check-in. Still, you did it for us what you could, thank you. We looked calm during our vacation and could not really find it by your good approach. THANKS !! We look back with pleasure on this relaxing week!

A holiday destination to recommend. All we care about was there. Comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen and a lovely pool. The owners are very friendly and put themselves very professionally at. Really top !!!

For a midweek to escape us after the holidays, we stayed in the Cardabelle in MAZIERES. We were welcomed by Tom and Ben for us as a surprise had ready a welcome kit. They have helped us tremendously with tips for exploring the region. The house is a wonderful place to live in huge grounds with a swimming pool. It is not only for a family or with friends highly recommended to hire as a couple. You can not mention it as crazy, if it was present, to DVDs and books to. The hosts have the house very tastefully decorated for deco, we immediately gained inspiration for our residence we were back home again. There is much to visit in the region and for restaurant to go you have no fear, there is plenty of open outside the season. Our batterijke is definitely charged and we will definitely come to come down to enjoy the pool in summer temperatures. Thank you very much and again

We were here in October 2015. The cottage is very comfortable and luxurious. The owners are very nice and attentive (nice welcome gift).
The setting is beautiful and rural. Castles, lakes and charming villages. There's lots to see and do. Truly an environment for a relaxing holiday, Ideal environment for people to come after a long period of time to rest and we will definitely return
