Enjoy the garden, peace, space, nature, sports, culture - for young and old. Lazing in the hammock or jacuzzi - bird watching - swimming in the pool or lake with beach - game of mini golf tennis, beach volley ball - game of golf next door - playgrounds etc 2 heated swimming pools - sunbathing areas - playgrounds - 2 tennis courts - table tennis - football field - mini golf - jeu de boules - Outdoor fitness trail and adjacent restaurant - int golf course la Prèze 18 holes, walking-cycling paths, canoeing on the Tardoire, large riding school etc.

Single storey house with large sun and shade terrace, new window frames, mosquito nets and roof newly insulated; regular and reclining seats with cushions, sunbeds, private parking; WIFI fiber optic provides workplace - canopy/veranda to the utility room. New kitchen with dishwasher, Nespresso app, Senseo, filter and stamp coffee, bbq, Spanish eco wood stove with oven/formerly fireplace. Bathroom with bathtub and a 2nd bathroom with shower. Jacuzzi with lid with child lock and outdoor shower.
Games, golf clubs, puzzles, water toys, table tennis baths, books, etc. can be borrowed.
Located on the border Charente Dordogne Perigeux between oysters and cows - Deer, squirrels etc. History, Castles, legends, rivers, culinary, markets, hiking caves, markets village festivals, visits, horse riding, canoeing, cycling etc Trips to La Rochefoucauld, day trips to the Atlantic Ocean,La Rochelle, Royan (where the Gironde flows into the Atlantic Ocean) Limoge, Ile d'Ólerons, Bordeaux, Cognac etc.

Camping cot/high chair (free) please ask in advance.
Bed linen, kitchen linen, towel set in consultation with landlord for a fee of € 15 pppi. El charging possible with own reel for a fee. You can also fast charge at the Intermarché in Montbron. Need a crate for dog, ask in advance.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Full refund if cancelled up to 30 days before arrival. If you book less than 30 days before arrival, you will get a full refund if you cancel within 48 hours of booking. After that, if you cancel up to seven days before arrival, you will receive a 50% refund. If you wait any longer, you will not receive a refund.

Cancellation policy for long-term reservations of up to 28 nights.

Full refund if cancelled up to 30 days before arrival.

€ 95 final cleaning - please deliver wiping clean

€ 15 for bed linen or towel set in consultation and pp per set
