Pool heating:

The pool can only be heated if the night temperature is on average more than 15 °C and is in addition to the price.

Period price excl electricity:

In the period from January to 20 June 2026 and from 6 September 2026, electricity consumption will be charged separately according to the rates of the EDF. During this period, the swimming pool is only heated on request in advance, provided that the outside temperature allows it (night temperature must then be more than 15°C on average).

Pool heating is electric, so heating costs are passed on.

For the other periods, the price includes electricity consumption.

Cancellation conditions:

The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

In case of cancellation up to 90 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge

In case of cancellation from 90 days (inclusive) to 42 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price

In case of cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) to 28 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price

In case of cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, the tenant will continue to owe the full rent.
