Living as.......
Swimming pool with alarm for the little ones. In France, there are strict legal regulations regarding pool security for private pools.
The green hedge provides optimal privacy.
Monday morning market in Chalais.
Saint-Emilion.
A lovely restaurant in Saint-Emilion.
Shaded terrace in the historic heart of Saint-Emilion, about 40 minutes by car.
The best wine is in the glass!
Don't forget to make a reservation (online) if you want to hit a ball.
Aubeterre sur Dronne at about 15 minutes by car has cozy terraces and shopping streets, but also a lot of history. Worth it.
French bread, irresistibly delicious.
2 MTBs at the house with helmet to explore the area. Take a look at Voies Vertes for inspiration.

Floating in the pool ............. wonderful.
Front of the house; Driveway & parking spaces. The charging station is on the far left just around the corner.
Morning sun, dew on the table. It promises to be a beautiful day.

Old nameplates indicate the direction to our Domaine. In the meantime, the rural roads have also been given a street name.
The area is leafy.
Poplars flank the road, they are full of bird glue, better known as mistletoe.

The mulberry provides shade in the afternoon. Good place to park.
View from the playground to our house. From the bench near the kitchen you have a good view of children playing.
The field starts at the bottom of the backyard. A different crop every year (rapeseed, sunflowers, corn, etc.).
View of backyard, field, the valley and the following hills.
Backyard with swimming pool and spacious terrace (partly covered).
The terrace is partly covered.
The pine tree provides welcome shade.
The wood stove provides comfort in spring and autumn. In the summer months, there is a heating ban.
