This village house for 6 people is located in the center of the historic village of Aubeterre sur drônne. On the ground floor a beautiful entrance, on the 1st floor a sitting room, dining room, kitchen and bathroom and on the 2nd floor 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. It is located 10 meters from the square where there are many restaurants and bars and nice shops. Pets are not allowed. The village has an underground church which is a sight to behold. The old town of Perigueux is 40 minutes away. There are also many Chateas nearby. For example Chateau Chalais. There is a beach on the Drônne River where you can swim and canoe, a 5-minute walk away.

After completing hotel school in Amsterdam, I started flying for KLM as a flight attendant. While flying I was constantly asked to cater parties, dinners and weddings. In 1993 I started my catering company "Cuisine Christine". Because it became more and more successful, I stopped flying and devoted myself to catering full-time. Since 2007 we have lived in beautiful France in the Dordogne, 5 km away from Maison Saint Jacques.

Explanation of prices

The prices include bed and linen, coffee and tea, garbage bag and toilet paper.
Prices include final cleaning. The only thing we ask at check-out is to remove the used bed linen and collect the used towels and to leave the used kitchen items/crockery clean.
cancellation policy:
If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he or she will no longer use the rented property, he will still owe the full rental price.
