Outdoor and relaxing:
The wooded garden, entirely enclosed by walls and facing south, is a real haven of peace out of sight. The heated swimming pool of 8 × 4 m, secured by a roller shutter, invites you to swim in complete serenity. The terrace facing the pool is perfect for sharing your meals with family or friends. An interior courtyard, accessible from the cellar, hosts a private spa for 3 people. For summer evenings, take advantage of the new Marquier plancha, garden furniture, deckchairs and table football to have fun after the beach.

Interior
The large, bright living-dining room opens directly onto the terrace and the swimming pool. The kitchen, equipped and functional, communicates with the cellar giving access to the spa courtyard. The living room has a large TV screen with box and Netflix access.
