You rent half of a long farm. Due to the length of the building (30 meters), the separation wall and the separate location of gardens and terraces, you have complete privacy. Private entrance, private terrace, private garden. The neighbors are a French owner who only stays here for a few weeks a year, so you hardly notice anything from them.
The village with bakery, restaurant and supermarket is within cycling or walking distance. Within half an hour you can drive high into the volcanic mountains. The capital Aurillac can be reached in 35 minutes.

The 60 m² living room has a large dining table for six, a comfortable four-seater sofa and several armchairs. Garden and terrace
Around the house is a lot of land with a wide view over the valley and the village. Next to the large balcony you will find a spacious terrace, and further on a large playground. A barbecue is available. You can see everything freely.
With (grand)children
For young children there is the most available: high chair, two cots, playpen, stair gate, a large playground and a swimming pool. Handy when (grand)children come along.
Climate
The Cantal is located at the height of Bordeaux and has a combination of continental and mountain climate. Many hours of sunshine, warm days, cool nights and in the summer a real dark starry sky.
The area in brief
The Cantal is perhaps the most beautiful, and best preserved, secret of France. It is located in the middle of the volcanic Massif Central, surrounded by more famous regions such as the Dordogne, the Ardèche and the Lot. What you will find here: green mountains, rivers, lakes and waterfalls, almost no tourist crowds, and affordable prices.
