Cozy wooden holiday home with private pool, whirlpool and a sandy beach on Lake Bort-les-Orgues within walking distance. There is a spacious kitchen that is fully equipped. The house is located in the village of Beaulieu, a small town in the green heart of France in the Auvergne, 75 km south of Clermond Ferrand. [and only 1000 kilometers from Amsterdam]

The house is comfortably furnished and offers plenty of entertainment for the children! The house is located in a park where there are about 30 holiday homes and chalets. At the lake (350 m) you can go kayaking, water skiing and jet-skiing. The holiday home is located just 15 km from the 'Gorges de la Dordogne' and on the edge of the impressive Parc Naturel des Volcans d'Auvergne. A paradise for hikers and nature lovers. The Puy de Sancy is the highest mountain in Auvergne: 1889m. Here you have a breathtaking view of the surroundings. Be sure to visit the Puy de Dôme, the most famous volcano in France (63 km). Be sure to visit the city of Clermond-Ferrand, the capital of Auvergne. Around the Notre Dame du Port basilica there are cozy car-free shopping streets. In the typical French village of Lanobre (5 km) you will find a bakery, supermarket, butcher and restaurant. For the larger supermarket you can go to Bort-les-Orgues (10 km). In Bort-les-Orgues you can also have a delicious lunch on the square under the plane trees.

Please note: You can use the swimming pool between the last week of June and the last full week of August. The swimming pool can only be booked in consecutive weeks (on request). This is in connection with maintenance.
