"Bienvenue" in our chalet on the Domaine de Coat Mor.

The chalet is brand new, delivered to us in June 2022. We have furnished it nicely, practically and cosily to be able to spend wonderful holidays here.

Inside, you'll find a living area with a dining table and chairs, a comfortable sofa, and a TV with a Chromecast. Right next to the living area is a fully equipped open kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, ceramic hobs, kettle, coffee maker and built-in fridge and freezer. In addition, we have two more rooms, one with a large bed (160x200) and closet space and a second room with two beds (90x200) and also closet space. In the bathroom you will find a sink, a large shower and towel-radiator and storage space. The toilet is separate from the bathroom.

The chalet has a lovely large terrace on the south-west where you can relax for hours, have breakfast, lunch and dinner or admire the stars in the peace and quiet of the park. The garden is ideal for relaxing in the lounge chairs while the children play or of course for a nice barbecue.

Our chalet is a 5 to 10 minute drive from the beaches, the ports, the shops and the center of Pont l'Abbé. You can also do it all by bike, there are many cycle paths in the region. The region is called Pays Bigouden and is fantastic, there is a lot to do. You will find, among other things: nature as far as the eye can see, beaches, lighthouses, cultural festivals and delicious restaurants. You can go wave surfing, sailing, beach fishing (the oysters are there for the taking), cycling or of course shopping. There really is something for everyone.

-Final cleaning is included in the price and when you arrive the beds are already made for you.

We are Katell and Sander, a French-Dutch family living in North Holland.
We specifically chose this place in Finistère-Sud to buy our chalet because we think it's a fantastic area with many interesting cultural and sporting activities. Katell was born and raised in the area, so she is very familiar with the region, which in turn is very useful to give extra tips to the temporary residents.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for whatever reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been passed on to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts: depending on the date of written cancellation by the renter:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
cancellation between the 59th and 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the commencement date or during the rental period that he will not use the rented property (anymore), he will still owe the full rental price.
