A single-storey farmhouse located in the Corbières region, two kilometers outside the village of Thezan des corbières. With a private driveway of 1.3 km.
Our country house is equipped with every comfort and 260m² of living space and is completely free, which generates optimal tranquility. All this to make the most of a peaceful holiday.
The comfortable country house is located on a Domaine at the foot of wooded garrique, surrounded by vineyards, on a plot of over 3000m², with parking for at least 4 cars. A covered entrance with a cozy seating area on top.
The garden has been landscaped with great care. You will find many fruit trees and various types of palm trees.
The farmhouse has a terrace of 450 m² around the heated swimming pool with an outdoor solar shower, six sunbeds, two hammocks, a dining table and an Italian barbeque table.
The covered terrace (outside room) 50 m² has a lounge sitting area and a dining table for eight people, which overlooks the pond integrated into this terrace, the pool and of course the various tropical palm trees.
A true paradise in the south of France.
In the country house there is a spacious living room with fireplace, internet and TV with satellite reception for all channels and a desk corner for internet (can also be outside on the covered terrace.)
An open kitchen with an oven and induction hob and an oven / microwave, a dishwasher, a senseo coffee machine, a kettle and a refrigerator.
In the utility room you will find an American fridge with integrated ice cube machine and a wine fridge to keep your wine at the right temperature, a washing machine and an ironing board + iron and a toilet.
At the back of the country house are the 3-bedroom rooms and the 2 bathrooms. A separate library room with two chesterfield sofas and a sofa where you can retreat for optimal reading pleasure during your holiday.
The first bathroom has a three-person infrared sauna, a bath with a sky shower, double sinks and a view of the swimming pool with terraces.
The second bathroom offers a view of the small courtyard and the garden, which has an Italian walk-in shower of your choice. A second toilet, jacuzzi with jet-stream, waterfall and integrated LED lighting. Again double sinks, this time with waterfall taps and a 'personal power plate' to keep you in shape during the holidays.
The two bedrooms offer views of the terrace with heated pool and of course the view of the mountains in the area. Both bedrooms have 2x1 pers.beds with wardrobes. One has its own seat, the other has its own desk.
The master bedroom has a 2 pers.auping bed with separate mattresses, which can easily be adjusted to your own sleep comfort by means of a remote control. There are two chest of drawers and a clothes walk-in closet.
