This cozy single-storey villa with its beautiful garden, swimming pool and beautiful view will make you feel completely at home during your holiday. The villa is located in a quiet area and offers an excellent starting point for beautiful walks. There are also many activities to do nearby: Cité de Carcassonne, Écluse de Fonséranes, Abbaye de Fontroide or a nice day at the beach (45 minutes' drive). The Tuesday morning market in Olonzac (5 min) with local products is very popular and the atmosphere will seduce you.

Interior:
The living room overlooks the beautiful garden with the swimming pool and the view over the valley. The kitchen, which is located next to the living room, is fully equipped. There are 2 bedrooms. 1 bedroom has a bed of 2X90X190 box springs. The second bedroom has 2 x single beds 80X190 with comfort mattresses. The bathroom has a spacious sink with closet space and shower. There is a separate toilet in the hallway. The villa has air conditioning in the kitchen, living room and 1 bedroom.

Outside:
Adjacent to the living room is the main terrace with the dining table and views over the region. A few steps take you to the swimming pool, barbecue and sunbeds where you can relax. The villa and its location offer a lot of atmosphere and ambiance and there is complete privacy. Around the house you will find pine, olive and fig trees as well as various shrubs with flowers. There are several cozy seating areas where you can enjoy the French sun at any time of the day. There is a large supermarket and gas station 5 minutes away by car. There are also several shops (bakery, florist, bank, restaurants). You can easily reach the beach (about 45 minutes) or enjoy nature in the nearby mountains.

The parking for the car is on site. The entire site is closed and accessible via a driveway with entrance gate

We rent and care for holiday villas for private owners who are not able to offer their home in person. These owners want holidaymakers to have an optimal holiday in their beautiful home. They have therefore entrusted their home to our team. We take care of everything regarding the rental and maintenance of their villa, garden and swimming pool. Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Additional costs: reservation costs 50.00 euros, final cleaning villa 115 euros, consumption costs according to the electricity meter, deposit 500 euros and tourist tax 1.50 euros per adult per day. It is also possible to rent towels, sheets, high chair, cot and other to complement your holiday.

5. Cancellation of reservationAny cancellation must be made in writing (preferably by e-mail to (*CONTENT HIDDEN*)). The tenant will receive a cancellation confirmation from Les Résidences du Soleil. Cancellation is free of charge up to 60 days before arrival (only reservation costs are retained). After this period, the deposit and reservation costs will be retained. In case of cancellation within 30 days prior to the rental period, the reservation costs as well as 100% of the total rent are due. In the event of cancellation, the tourist tax and the rented and paid items will be refunded. Early departure before the end of the rental period does not entitle the tenant to a refund of the amount paid. If you do not show up at the place of your stay, we will retain compensation of 100% of the total amount of your reservation. We advise our tenants to cancel and travel insurance with an insurance company. We cannot be held liable for fortuitous events, force majeure, climatic events, legal or administrative decisions that disrupt, interrupt or prevent the stay
