Adjacent to the living room is the main terrace with the dining table and a view over the region. At the rear of the house is a second terrace so you always have a place where you can relax. A few steps take you to the pool terrace where there are plenty of options to place the sunbeds as you wish. The swimming pool (8x4) has stairs and a summer blanket. The whole is surrounded by a Mediterranean garden. There is of course an electric table BBQ at your disposal. The parking for the car is located on the site in the private driveway.

The tastefully decorated living room (30m²) and the fully equipped open kitchen are connected to the main terrace by French doors. The house has air conditioning. There are two bedrooms. The bedrooms have two single beds, box spring (90x200) and a wardrobe. The bathroom has a vanity unit, spacious shower and toilet. The swimming pool with stairs is located directly to the terrace, making it very accessible. The well-kept house, the cosiness, the feeling of freedom and of course the sunny weather of the south ensure that you will have a great holiday here.

Situated in the beautiful landscape of the 'Minervois', this villa has a cozy and practical interior and will offer you all the comfort you require as a holidaymaker. The villa has an attractive garden and offers privacy. 7 minutes away by car is a larger village (Olonzac) with a supermarket, bars, restaurants and other shops. There is also a large, weekly, traditional market on Tuesdays. 10 minutes away there is a small lake (Lac-de-Jouarres) where you can swim, surf and practice other activities or simply sunbathe. There are plenty of fun trips to do in the vicinity and the beach is 40 minutes away by car. You can walk straight into nature from the villa.
