With a view of the beautiful Montagne Noire you will find this gîte on a very quiet and small domain. The 90m² gîte offers a perfect place for holidaymakers who want to explore the 'Aude' region. This region offers the picturesque Canal du Midi, rolling hills, countless vineyards and castles and many small villages. All this is combined with a sunny Mediterranean climate.
This gite is also perfect as a relaxing base for on- and off-road cyclists, walkers and wine tasting enthusiasts.
The gîte offers a large kitchen with all amenities, a huge living space. There is also a large bedroom for 2 adults, plus a sofa that can be converted into a bed (size 1m40 x 2m00) for one or two children (max. 10 years). Baby cot and high chair are available on request. The bathroom has a bath. Bed linen must be reserved and a towel package can be optionally rented.
There is an outdoor terrace with access to an extended garden with olive trees, vines, oleanders and a pétanque court. There is ample space for parking.Wi-Fi is available, but a TV is not provided in the gîte.
Nearby villages offer supermarkets, bakeries and restaurants. In less than 30 minutes you can visit the city and the world famous Cité of Carcassonne, the book village of Montolieu, Mirepoix, Fanjeaux and Limoux. The Mediterranean Sea and the Pyrenees are close by, but require a drive of at least an hour.
Carcassonne Airport is just a 15-minute drive away, but Toulouse Blagnac Airport can also be reached within an hour.
The gîte can be rented for a minimum of 3 days in low season, and 7 days in other periods, from any day of the week (except Sundays).
Pets are not allowed.
There is no possibility to charge an electric vehicle at the gîte and this is not permitted.
