On our property, on the edge of the village and between church and chateau, we rent out 2 spacious teepees on their own plot of over 350m2.

Comfortably furnished for 4 people with a fantastic view.
Of course with private parking and sanitary facilities with dry toilet.
Everything is available in the covered outdoor kitchen; fridge, stove and sink with tap.
You also have a covered sitting and dining area.
The large teepee of 5 meters is stylishly furnished with a large double bed and the smaller teepee of 4 meters has two single beds.
Outside you have your own fire/bbq area, hammock and plenty of space.

Bonjour holiday seekers,
We are Anke & Sjoerd and from 2024 we will rent out two teepees for 4 people on our plot (2500m2). Since we heard good things about MICAZU, we thought it would be wise to offer our accommodation here as well. We have lived in the Aude with our children since 2008. We know the region and its residents and their customs very well and are happy to share our knowledge with our guests. We are hobby chefs and like to cook breakfast, 3 or 4 course menus and pizzas for our guests. A bientot

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Please note! The teepees cannot be booked separately!

Included in the price is: beds made, parking, towels and tea towels, tourist tax, final cleaning and possibly baby package (baby bed/baby chair/baby bath)

The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

In case of cancellation up to 90 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge
In case of cancellation from 90 days (inclusive) to 42 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) to 28 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, the tenant will continue to owe the full rent.
