In the south of France, halfway between Toulouse and Carcassonne, you will find a beautiful detached villa just outside the village of La Pomarède.

Due to its quiet location, with a view over the plain of the Lauragais and the Pyrenees in the distance, it is a pleasant place to be. In the large garden there is a swimming pool, a playground, a table tennis table, a trampoline and a pétanque court (which also serves as a mini golf course). Due to its layout, the house is not only suitable for two people, but also for two families.

Many shops and restaurants can be found in Revel, a 10-minute drive away. There is also a beautiful lake and a popular hiking area. In the vicinity are many nice villages and towns such as Carcassonne. In short, those who love peace, nature, culture, history and good weather will love it here!

After many holidays in various parts of France, we found the interior of the Languedoc most attractive: peace, nature, culture, history, mysteries and of course the beautiful weather. After some searching we found a house that met all our needs: quiet location (but not isolated), nice view, a large garden with swimming pool and big enough to go on holiday with the whole family. We are pleased that we are many others with this choice have done a favor.
