Overview
From the villa, the view extends over a beautiful landscape to the hills of the Montagne Noire. The large covered terrace, spacious and particularly cozy, is a real living space: ideal for enjoying your meals, relaxing or reading quietly with a good glass of local wine.
The house was completely refreshed, both inside and out, including the house and garden, and today offers a well-kept, bright and pleasant atmosphere.
Thanks to its privileged location, the villa is also an excellent starting point to discover the many tourist treasures of the region.
A comfortable and functional interior
Upon entering, the bedrooms and bathroom are located on the left, while the dining room, living room and fully equipped open kitchen are located on the right. The bright living room has patio doors that give direct access to the large covered terrace.
The villa has three beautiful bedrooms:
Two bedrooms with double beds (160 × 200)
One bedroom with two single beds (90 × 200)
The comfortable bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, a sink and a toilet. In addition, there is a separate toilet at the entrance.
For extra comfort during hot summer days, the villa is equipped with a mobile air conditioning.
An ideal outdoor space for the southern warmth
The living space opens onto a large covered terrace, a real extension of the interior space. Stairs lead down to the lower terrace and private swimming pool (3.5 × 7 m), where guests can relax on the sun loungers.
The property is surrounded by a recently refreshed landscaped garden, which offers a green and harmonious environment. In front of the pool is a lawn where children can play freely (badminton or other outdoor activities). A barbecue is also at your disposal for convivial moments with family or friends.
Here you can enjoy plenty of peace, space and the open view over the rolling landscape. There is a parking space available in the private grounds of the villa.
