The 24m² swimming pool is bordered by a terrace with 4 deckchairs, even from the pool you can see for miles and have a view of the Montagne Noir.
From the living room you enter the covered shaded terrace of 56 m² with various seating areas and a 2 person sauna.

On this terrace is a mobile outdoor kitchen with fryer, griddle and a BBQ.

There is a spacious sitting and dining room with wood stove and an open kitchen, with combi-grills, extra microwave / combi grill oven, induction hob with 4 zones, dishwasher and all necessary electric kitchen equipment.

Planquefer is wheelchair accessible, has no thresholds and is attractively decorated with work by artists.
If you want to be creative, there is a separate studio, where you can paint, draw or write, there are notebooks, there is an easel and there is drawing paper, pencils and chalk.
There is a Atelier with a cinema with lovely theater seats, widescreen, DVD playback equipment and hundreds of DVDs.
Part of the Atelier is also a library of the Nvlr with many books; A nice place to read.

Planquefer has 250 sunny days a year and is surrounded by the Garrigue, with birds, butterflies, reptiles, insects and flowers.

Cancel immediately by telephone and confirm in writing to the landlord.
Up to 6 weeks before the rental period 30% is due, in case of cancellation up to 4 weeks 40%, from 2 weeks until the start of the rental 50% is due.
If no use is made of the rented property on the start date or during the rental period, the full rent is due.
Arrival: Friday after 15.00 hours
Departure: Friday before 10.00 am
Cleaning Fee:
We trust that the guests of Planquefer will clean carefully themselves, then no extra costs will be charged.
After each rental period, Ute Schmidt from Escales Planquefer checks for cleaning and damage.
Additional costs due to negligence will be deducted from the deposit.
Pool maintenance and garden maintenance:
Ute maintains the pool every week and Jessy Martin, our French neighbor maintains the garden and takes care of minor repairs.
Linen: You will receive 2 sets of linen for the beds for which 30 €/week will be charged.
On arrival, the beds were checked, equipped with mattress protector, bottom sheet, duvet cover with duvet, pillows with inner and outer pillowcases.
On departure, you must collect the used beds and leave the used linen with the used towels in the shower room.
Energy costs2025:
Planquefer is an Eco property with solar panels, well water for pool and irrigation, wood burning stove, electric kitchen appliances.
You must dispose of your own garbage to the Tri collection point in Escales.
Water consumption 20 €/ week.
Electricity 0.35 €/KWh according to the Linky meter.
You will receive an itemized settlement that will be deducted from the deposit.
