Villa 91 is located on a quiet, chic lane. "Villacazaleres"
The villa has 3 bedrooms and can be booked for up to 6 people from the same family. 
The Château, swimming pools and tennis courts are a very short walk away.
The villa is very spacious (more spacious than other villas in the park) with various appliances for your convenience. Such as Nespresso, Dolce Gusto, Ice Cube Maker, Airfryer, Deep Fryer, Griddle.
The holiday home has recently been completely renovated, new bathroom, toilet, floor, garden furniture, living room furniture, kitchen. Everything fresh and up to date again. 

Each bedroom has a cooling in the form of air conditioning or a Dyson fan and 1 room has an air purifier.  
The bedroom windows will be fitted with shutters in the spring of 2025 so that it stays nice and cool and dark.
On the site of villacazaleres you will find more information about all other things that are present in the house such as the various appliances.

In the surrounding area, there are plenty of trips to local markets.
A city trip to Carcassonne or Toulouse is also worthwhile.

Do you want to play golf? There is a beautiful 18-hole golf course about a 45-minute drive away.
Of course you can also drive to the Pyrenees which are about 1 hour away.
Plenty to do if you decide to go out for a day and when you get back you can enjoy the swimming pools at the park.

You can also rent the house including 2 Trek e-bikes so that you can enjoy going out in the area.
