Villa Le Sanglier is a spacious villa with private pool on the Domaine les Rives de l'Ardeche with fantastic views of the river. A wonderful place to spend your holiday.
Enjoy the peace and nature in your own garden with private pool or make use of all the facilities that the Domaine offers such as tennis courts, playground and a large communal swimming pool with paddling pool at the reception.
In the holiday months, numerous activities are organized for all ages such as canoe trips, jeu de boule tournaments, etc. In addition, there are table tennis tables, children's playground equipment and there is a multi-sports field where you can play football, basketball or volleyball.
The park itself is 5 min. Away from the center of Vallon-Pont-d'Arc with its authentic streets and cozy terraces.

Ground floor: Villa Le Sanglier is a luxurious fully detached 10-person villa with private swimming pool, equipped with air conditioning and a charging station for the electric car. The villa has a cozy spacious living room and dining area with access to the garden and pool. On the ground floor are two bedrooms with double beds and air conditioning, a bathroom with bathtub and a toilet.
First floor: here you will find two bedrooms with a double bed and air conditioning and a bedroom with two single beds and air conditioning. In addition, there is a bathroom with shower and toilet on the first floor.
Outside: the large garden with spacious private swimming pool of 10x4 meters (optionally heatable), has a lovely covered terrace and barbecue area where you can enjoy the outdoors. The terrace is equipped with a large table with chairs. Next to the pool there are lovely sun loungers to enjoy the sun. Do you prefer to sit in the shade? Then use the extra canopy. From the garden you have a view of the river, and from the villa you can walk to the river within a few minutes for swimming, fishing or sunbathing. In the garden there is also a jeu-de-boules court and an in-ground trampoline. The garden is fenced and lockable by means of a gate.
