The Domaine Les Rives de l'Ardèche holiday park has various facilities for young and old, including a large communal swimming pool with children's pool, tennis courts, jeu-de-boules courts, table tennis tables, a multi-sports field and various playground equipment. Moreover, the park is located directly on the Ardèche River, where you can swim, play or relax by the water. The cozy center of Vallon-Pont-d'Arc, with its authentic streets, cozy terraces, restaurants and shops, is only a five-minute drive away.

The villa stands on a spacious plot of approximately 950 m² and has a beautifully landscaped, fully fenced garden with lots of privacy. Thanks to the free location and the magnificent view, you will experience the ultimate holiday feeling in the Ardèche.
Ground floor: the attractive and spacious living room has air conditioning, comfortable seating, a television and wifi internet. Through two large sliding doors you have direct access to the covered terrace and the garden. The open dining room connects seamlessly to the country kitchen, which is fully equipped. You have a ceramic hob, oven with microwave function, dishwasher, two refrigerators and a freezer.
On the ground floor there are also two spacious bedrooms, both with air conditioning. The first bedroom has a double bed (160 x 200 cm), wardrobe, chest of drawers, television and patio doors to the garden. The second bedroom is furnished with two extra-long single beds (90 x 210 cm).
The spacious bathroom has a shower, sink and a toilet. In addition, there is a separate toilet and a practical storage room with a washing machine, vacuum cleaner, iron and drying rack.
First floor: on the first floor there are two more comfortable bedrooms. The first bedroom has two extra long single beds (90 x 210 cm) and a ceiling fan for extra cooling during hot summer days. The second bedroom is furnished with two single beds (90 x 200 cm) and also has a ceiling fan.
In addition, on this floor you will find a second bathroom with a bath and shower, sink and toilet.
Through the landing you reach the indoor balcony with a cozy seating area. Here you can enjoy a good glass of French wine and a beautiful view of the surroundings. The balcony door is also equipped with a practical pleated screen door.
All windows in the villa are equipped with roller screens.
Outside: from the living room you walk directly onto the spacious covered terrace, where a large dining table with chairs invites you to long evenings of outdoor dining. Several comfortable seating areas have been created throughout the garden, so you can always choose a spot in the sun or in the shade.
The absolute showpiece of the garden is the spacious private swimming pool of 9.5 x 4.1 meters. On request, the pool can be heated (at an additional cost), so that you can swim comfortably even in the early and late season.
Around the pool you will find sunbeds, umbrellas and an outdoor shower. In addition, the villa has an electric Weber barbecue for cozy barbecue evenings with family or friends. The garden is attractively lit and fully fenced with lockable gates, making it also very suitable for families with young children.
