This cozy and complete holiday home has a large heated swimming pool (9x4 and descending to 1.80 meters deep), free WiFi, its own jeu de boules court, its own charging station for electric cars, an extensive comfortable interior, air conditioning in all bedrooms and an attractive enclosed garden. The bedrooms have luxury box spring beds (new in 2024) and air conditioning. Bed linen, bath linen and kitchen linen are included in the price, as are beds made on arrival. There are 2 bathrooms (1 on each floor), 4 bedrooms (2 with a double box spring and 2 with 1 person box springs), a spacious kitchen, spacious living room and a lovely garden. A nice holiday home for the whole family.
Furthermore, the house has a comfortable sitting area, large smart TV, spacious dining area and a cozy, open kitchen with complete equipment (all appliances were renewed in 2024) for cooking. There is a washing machine, extra fridge, iron and ironing board, cot, high chair etc. available in the villa (everything is included in the price). Since 2023, there has been a charging station in the carport for those who come by electric car. Charging in France is very doable. Almost all gas stations along the Route du Soleil have fast chargers.
The house has an extra large covered terrace (approximately 30 m2) with fantastic views of the mountains (rightfully a Beauregard). The garden is fenced, there is a large Weber BBQ, adjustable new, luxury sunbeds (since 2024), two umbrellas, a lounge set, 2 Adirondeck chairs (Canadians) and there is an outdoor shower. In short, a lovely garden to enjoy the sun and/or the shade!
The use of the air conditioning and heating of the swimming pool in the early and late season is included in the price. The swimming pool is open from April to the end of October.
Pets are allowed (in consultation).

In high season there are extra facilities and activities organized by the management. Those who want to participate can indicate this to the manager.
The French bakery is around the corner from the park, there are a number of large supermarkets nearby (including Vallon and Ruoms), of course several restaurants in the area, a delicious ice cream parlor on the road to Vallon and daily cozy markets in the towns nearby.
