This beautiful and perfectly maintained villa is fully equipped (including private pool, air conditioning in all bedrooms, gas BBQ) and is located on the quietly located Domaine "Les Rives d'Ardèche". It is a perfect base for an unforgettable holiday in one of the most beautiful regions of France.
Classification
This fully equipped villa is equipped with all modern conveniences. The garden consists of two terraces of different heights so that you can choose between sitting in the sun or enjoying the beautiful garden in the shade. On the upper terrace is the heated private swimming pool that can be closed with an electrically operated cover. On the lower level there is a generous dining table for 8 people, perfect for cozy dinners.
Inside you will find a spacious living-dining room on the ground floor with sliding doors to the covered terrace. The modern kitchen is equipped with all modern conveniences (dishwasher, combi microwave / oven, a large fridge with freezer compartment and ceramic hob). Of course, the villa has Wi-Fi (also coverage on the terraces) and the smart TV has all Dutch channels.
The villa is equipped with air conditioning in all bedrooms, keeping it pleasantly cool on hot days. Thanks to the practical layout (2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom on the ground floor and 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom on the first floor) it is an ideal holiday home for 2 families. There is room for two cars in the driveway.
Park facilities
Enjoy the many communal facilities at Domaine "Les Rives d'Ardèche." Next to the reception is a large swimming pool with a separate children's pool for general use. You will also find 2 tennis courts, a basketball court, 3 jeu de boules courts, an outdoor table tennis table, outdoor fitness equipment, a football table game and for the little ones a playground with playhouse and seesaws. These facilities are located around the cozy reception where you can order a drink, cup of coffee, an ice cream or snack during the high season. The Ardèche is within walking distance of the villa, the river can be reached via a staircase from the villa park.
The area
Discover the nearby village of Vallon Pont d'Arc, with its charming and lively centre in summer. Here you will find plenty of terraces, restaurants and a lively market. Within walking distance of the holiday home you will find a bakery, a small fruit market, pizzeria and some restaurants, A few minutes by car you will find a LIDL, BIO supermarket, ice cream parlor, an Intermarché and a large SuperU.
From your holiday home you have opportunities to see and experience a lot, the surroundings are really beautiful and located in one of the most beautiful regions of France. In the Gorges de l'Ardèche you will find the famous limestone arch bridge Pont d'Arc. The region also has several caves, such as the Aven d'Orgnac, Grottes de Saint-Marcel and the Chauvet cave. This cave is 30,000 years old, making it the oldest cave in France. A visit to a local market is also highly recommended, there are a number of them in the area every day.
