Our unique villa is located on the beautiful park Les Rives d'Ardèche. The house is equipped with all comforts; Air conditioning (all bedrooms and living room/kitchen), heated pool, extensive kitchen inventory. From the large terrace and the private swimming pool you can enjoy a panoramic view over the vines and the mountains.
The villa is less than 100 meters from the Ardèche river as the crow flies, so you can easily walk to it. The village of Vallon-Pont-d'Arc is about 1.5 km away. The park also has various communal facilities such as a large swimming pool with children's pool and small catering facilities, tennis courts, a basketball/football field, table tennis table and a playground. In high season, fun activities are also organized in which you can participate (if desired). It is also possible to book activities in the area here.
The house is very tastefully decorated and has 4 spacious 2-person bedrooms, 2x bathrooms and a large open kitchen. The garden is fenced at the front and rear, so it is also ideal for small children.
