This lovely holiday home, in a beautiful location in the middle of the Ardèche, was completed in June 2023, and is ready to offer you a blissfully peaceful holiday! The house is fully equipped. There are two bathrooms with rain shower and you have the comfort of two toilets, the whole house is equipped with air conditioning / heating and you have access to a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction hob and a Nespresso machine and milk frother. You have access to three bedrooms, one with a double bed (180cm), one with two single beds and a (children's) bedroom with bunk beds (max 15 years). A washing machine is also available.
Of course there is free high-speed Wi-Fi available in and around the house, and you will find a TV with all Dutch channels in the living room. Sunbeds are available around the lovely swimming pool (heated in early and late season, for a fee) and you can dine extensively at the large family table on the covered terrace.
The house is in a very quiet suburb of a small French village 'á la campagne', with only one immediate neighbour. From the living room and bedrooms you have a completely unobstructed view over the village and the mountains of the Ardèche.
Pets and smoking unfortunately not allowed
Use of bed linen is mandatory.
Linen package (bed linen and towels) can be rented through us, if you do not want to or cannot bring your own.
