This large house consists of 2 identical compartments, each for 6 people.
You have a large private swimming pool with sun terrace at your disposal.
Each compartment has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, separate toilet, and a living space with integrated kitchen.
There is a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with a double bed and bunk beds.
The bedrooms have air conditioning.
This house is ideal for families and friends who want to go on holiday together.
There is also much to discover in the southern Ardèche. You can walk, cycle, kayak, fish, ....
If you are a fan of French cuisine, you can visit one of the many good restaurants in the area.
A visit to the weekly market is also recommended.
You can swim in the Chassezac river within walking distance of the house.
The swimming pool is open from June 1 to September 30

More than 42 days before the start of the rental period, 30% of the rent is due with a minimum of 100 €.
from 42 days to 28 days before the start of the rental period, 60% of the rent is due
From 28 days up to and including the day of departure, the entire rental fee is due.

Additional information

The sunny department with a Provencal influence has beautiful mountains, forests, rivers and caves. The rock massifs provide a varied backdrop, making the Ardèche a particularly varied region with plenty of beautiful natural beauty. To taste the local atmosphere you can enjoy delicious dishes in the specialty restaurants, auberges or on the shady terraces of each village. The typical southern French town of Les Vans is close to the southern department of the Gard and with an hour and a half drive you are on the coast of the Mediterranean. On the way you will pass Alès and Nîmes, where you can visit an old amphitheater. To the east lies the department of Drôme with the nougat city of Montélimar. If you follow the Rhône to the south from here, you will pass Orange, Avignon and Arles.
