Champ de Corneille

Villa "Champ de Corneille" is a beautiful house with all amenities. The villa has been designed with specific southern French elements, such as painted shutters and covered terraces, Romanesque tiles and a façade in typical Mediterranean colors. The garden is approximately 800m2 in size and was largely planted in 2009. The house is part of a small-scale park with 19 villas located on a former vineyard. This villa is located on the highest point of the park which allows a beautiful view of the village of Joyeuse and the surrounding hills.
The villa has a split-level living room with a lowered sitting area (with fireplace). The higher dining area connects to the fully equipped open kitchen. On this level there is also the entrance with separate toilet, a large storage cupboard, the stairs to the upper floor, a bedroom with covered terrace and a bathroom with bath and sink. On the upper floor there are two bedrooms opening onto a spacious covered terrace, and a second bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.
Through patio doors in the sitting area you reach the spacious terrace (22m2) with pergola and equipped with a large stone garden table with comfortable garden chairs. Directly adjacent to this terrace is the private swimming pool of 9*4m with separate sun terrace. On the sun loungers you can enjoy the sun and the panorama. On the top level of the garden is an additional terrace with pergola.
Given the height differences in and around the house, villa "Champ de Corneille" is less suitable for the disabled.
