Luxury holiday home, with lots of terraces to sit, large garden and large house. There is a lot available, such as several coffee makers, washing machine, BBQ etc. The pool was large and clean and has a child safety lock. The house is close to the pretty village of Joyeuse... where there are plenty of restaurants. There is a supermarket in the village, but we went to the Intermache in Rosieres. (8 min by car). On Wednesdays there is a lively market. There is also a small river flowing through Joyeuse. Many places of interest in the Ardèche are about a 30-45 minute drive away. (but that's almost everywhere in the Ardèche) an air conditioner would be a nice addition. (in our period it was 37 degrees). The holiday home is located on a plot of land but similar houses. You don't really have any problems with these residents, but you don't have any contact either. These are almost all Nederlanders.De Dutch landlords respond kindly and quickly via WhatsApp. Unfortunately, the house managers only speak French. You only have contact with them to arrange your arrival time and departure. The house manager was very friendly and long live google translate. We enjoyed it immensely and can recommend this house to everyone, the price/quality ratio is very good in our opinion.
