- Near Blaunac is the medieval Joannas with a beautifully restored medieval castle containing a restaurant. You will also find a grocery store in Joannas.
- A little further away are Largentiere (10km) and Aubenas (20km).
- Weekly markets are in Largentière (Tuesday), Joyeuse (Wednesday), Aubenas (Saturday).
- Museums can be found in Largentière (silk museum) and Joyeuse (chestnut museum).
- The Aerocity amusement park is located between Largentière and Aubenas.
