The holiday home is located within walking distance of the cozy center of Castellane, about 150 meters from the Verdon river. The house is all on one level and fully equipped for a family with 4 people, and optionally an apartment for 2 people is available. There is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator, microwave, oven, steam oven, coffee makers, etc. There is a bathroom with shower, separate toilet, a cozy living room with fireplace, TV, wifi and two separate bedrooms. In the living room there is a 2 person sofa bed for two extra guests.
*Optionally, an additional indoor apartment can be rented. This apartment has an area of 21 m2 and is furnished with a double bed, bathroom with toilet, refrigerator and hot water boiler.
The costs for this are € 55 per night, and € 45 cleaning costs.
This apartment is only available for our guests who also rent the house. The plot has a full 1.7 m.high fenced garden of 2300m2 in which two streams flow from a higher source. Dogs can roam freely here. Behind the house is a cozy covered outdoor lounge with seating and a barbeque to spend the warm summer evenings here. The front of the house has a spacious outdoor terrace where you can have breakfast in the morning in the first rays of the sun. At 5 km is the Lac de Castillon and Lac du chaudanne. Two reservoirs with crystal clear mountain water. During the season there is a beach pavilion with rental of boats and pedal boats. In the immediate vicinity of Castellane, in addition to the beautiful hiking trails, there are many exciting activities for young and old adventurers. We will provide you with an overview of beautiful driving and walking routes and locations where activities take place.
