Newly built villa for max. 8 persons with 2 spacious bathrooms with rain shower & double sink, 3 bedrooms (double beds), room with sofa (extendable to double bed) & TV, Playstation 2, living room, kitchen with American fridge and dishwasher, spacious storage space with washing machine and dryer, garage, covered terrace with outdoor kitchen (incl. fridge & Bonfeu barbecue), heated swimming pool (1 May to 1 October), petanque square & spacious garden.

No smoking, animals not allowed.

WIFI & TV Vlaanderen present (also Dutch TV channels)

Within walking distance of the recreational lake Lac de Castillon
3 km from the center of Castellane. Here you will find the department store "Casino".
Located on holiday domain "Les Hameaux"! A Flemish concierge is present on the domain. This one is bilingual Dutch-French.
There is a restaurant with Dutch-speaking service 200 meters from the house.

We are Peter & Annelies, Fleur & Britt, a Belgian family from the Bruges area. We are happy to make our dream location available to you. Annelies (40) went on a journey to beautiful Castellane from the age of 2 and she has lost her heart there. She has now transferred this passion to her family and hopes to achieve the same with you! In 2015 we therefore decided together to build our dream villa ourselves.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Rental prices :
Low season (April and October):                      780 EUR/week
Low season (May):                                     890 EUR/week
Mid season (June and September):           1.090 EUR/week
High season (July and August):                  1,890 EUR/week

Deposit required :      300 EUR (to be refunded within 2 weeks after the stay)
Cleaning required :   120 EUR
Possibility to rent bed and/or bath linen (Without obligation: bed linen: 20 euros per bed (2 persons) - Bath linen 10 euros per person - kitchen linen 10 euros/stay)

Swimming pool usable from May 1st to October 1st.
Pets are not allowed.
Smoking prohibited.

Various bicycles are available free of charge. Tourist taxes are included in the rental price. Water and electricity are included if used wisely.
Wifi and Dutch TV (TV Vlaanderen, which can also be used to receive Dutch channels) are included.
