This attractively restored nature house is located in the village of Aubenton on the edge of the French Ardennes, just 250 kilometers from Breda. According to guests, it is a house where you immediately feel at home, a cozy, clean and attractively furnished house. A wonderful place for people who are looking for peace and quiet and want to enjoy the beautiful rolling surroundings with grain fields, forests and small rivers. You can enjoy the silence and beautiful starry skies.

The house is located on the edge of the village, you can reach the bakery for a fresh croissant within five minutes or you can walk into the fields after 50 meters. The quiet area with endless roads is ideal for long walks or bike rides (where pedal assistance is really nice because of the hills).

You can make trips by car to beautiful cities such as Charleville-Mezière or Reims or admire the authentic villages with their fortified churches closer. But it is also nice to stay at home and play records on the old record player, play a game or read a book by the wood stove. When the weather is nice, it is of course wonderful to relax in the garden surrounding the house, part of which is fenced for the dog.

My name is Marian, there are few things I like as much as pleasantly surprised tenants who continued to enjoy the lovingly renovated house in this wonderfully calm environment. When I am here in France, I really enjoy the silence, the space and a much less hectic life, very nice to be able to share that with others.

Explanation of prices

The landlord charges the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he or she will no longer use the rented property, he will still owe the full rental price.
