The property is located along the departmental road leading to Dozulé (passage of vehicles)
Accommodation Classified as Furnished Tourist 4* in March 2023 by the Ministry of Tourism.
Electric gate, electric shutters, beautiful wooden terrace with garden furniture, sunbeds, dining table, and barbecue available.
Possibility to swim and enjoy the heated swimming pool from the beginning of April to mid-November (depending on the weather), taking care to respect the tranquility of the neighborhood.
In order to offer you an optimal welcome experience, we invite you to let us know your arrival time so that we can welcome you in the best possible way.
Please note that in case of late arrival, a fee will be charged.
From 10 p.m. to 11 p.m., an additional 20 euros will be applied, then from 11 p.m. to midnight, it will be 40 euros. Beyond this time, no more arrivals are possible. This measure is intended to guarantee our outstanding quality of service at all times.

During your stay, our gardener may come to mow the lawn and maintain the garden. He will know how to be discreet so as not to disturb you.
