The restored luxury Provencal stone villa La Fenice 2 is within walking distance of the medieval village of Le Bar sur Loup.
The house, once occupied by the late French sculptor André Deluol, is surrounded by 4300m2 of Mediterranean garden planted with fruit trees, cypresses and very old olive trees.
There is ample parking space at the house. There is now also a charging point (wallbox) for an electric car!
The private saltwater swimming pool of 5x10 m is open and heated from May 1 to October 31.
La Fenice 2 is not suitable for the disabled and children under the age of 6 are unfortunately not allowed due to the uneven terrain and pool safety.
All rooms have air conditioning, which can also be used as heating, making it a wonderful place in winter, in combination with the fireplace.
The house has underfloor heating.
In the garden there is a jeu de boules court, trampoline and table tennis table.
2 bicycles can be rented at the house for a fee.

Le Bar sur Loup is a 30-minute drive from Nice Airport.
There are several restaurants, a bar, a bakery, a mini supermarket and a pharmacy in the village.
There is another Provencal house on the property (La Fenice 1) which is NOT inhabited during your stay.
(This larger house can also be rented upon special request)
Smoking is not allowed in the house and pets are not allowed.
