Here you experience real peace and quiet, without passing traffic – only very occasionally the friendly farmer who lives further down the road passes. But that is on the dead end road that is far from the house.

The spacious, private garden is a paradise for young and old. Relax on the sunny terrace, take a refreshing dip in the pool, play a game on the pétanque court or let the children have fun on the trampoline. The house is furnished for up to 8 guests and combines a modern style with characterful, old details. On the first floor you will find all the bedrooms, while there is a fully equipped bathroom both upstairs and downstairs. For extra relaxation, one of the rooms has a pool table, ideal for convivial evenings. This bedroom is accessible through another bedroom with which the bathroom is shared.

Bonjour, my name is Nicole. Point of contact and contact person for holiday home laume. Holidaymakers are very welcome in this house. All bedrooms and the kitchen have been recently renovated. This house is a winner for a holiday with children or a group of friends. I am happy to give tips and information to make the holiday even more enjoyable. Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The rental rate is higher during the autumn and winter month because of the heating costs. In the spring and summer, these costs are lower and so the rental rate is lower. The costs for cleaning remain the same. Deposit 300 euros.

During the winter months it is possible to pay the actual consumption costs per stay before departure.

Cancellation:
The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

In case of cancellation up to 90 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge
In case of cancellation from 90 days (inclusive) to 42 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) to 28 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, the tenant will continue to owe the full rent.
