We have a beautiful garden with views over the valley. In spring, it is a paradise for birds and butterflies. Rolling green hills, clear streams, lakes and many (coniferous) forests. A cozy room with a two single bed that you can slide together with space for a camp bed (is available) The room has the most beautiful view of the B&B. There is a large window that gives a view of the valley. The bathroom with a separate toilet is on the landing. A spacious landing with a hanging chair and a loft with a sofa bed where you can sit and possibly room for extra sleeping places. Games and books are available. Downstairs is a communal kitchen that you can use and a spacious garden where you can sit comfortably with sun and shade areas. A casual atmosphere where you can relax and find a cozy place to relax inside or outside. Be it for a few days or as a transit to a destination in the south.

We, Jaap and Elles, changed course in January 2024. We left for France with our two cats to start a chambre d'hôtes. In the meantime, our household has been expanded with dog Oups. Jaap worked as a planner in the Netherlands and Elles in healthcare. Although we enjoyed doing this, we wanted to take a different path. After a search, we fell in love with this place. After months of renovation, we are ready to receive guests and we are very much looking forward to that.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Prices based on 2 persons incl. breakfast, bed linen, shampoo, shower gel and towels. You can use the communal kitchen. Extra person € 20 per night. (Child up to 3 years free, camping cot available)
When booking for 1 person, you will receive a € 7.50 discount on the room rate.
Dogs: €5 per stay per dog. Maximum 2 dogs.
For a fee you can use the available washer/dryer.

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for whatever reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if, for example, this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone).

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will no longer use the rented property, he will continue to owe the full rent.

If the tenant cancels the agreement in the period up to 6 weeks before the start date of the rental period, he will still owe 30% of the rent; in case of cancellation up to 4 weeks 40% and from 2 weeks until the start date of the rental period 90%.
